Quick Start Guide

Get up and running with the Enterprise Proxy Network in minutes

Prerequisites

Before you begin, make sure you have:

  • ✓
    An active Enterprise Proxy Network account
  • ✓
    API key with appropriate permissions
  • ✓
    Basic understanding of HTTP requests and proxies

Step 1: Make Your First API Request

Test your API key by making a simple request to check available nodes.

curl -X GET "https://api.enterpriseproxynetwork.com/v1/nodes" \ -H "Authorization: Bearer YOUR_API_KEY" \ -H "Content-Type: application/json"
// Expected response { "data": [ { "id": "node_1234567890abcdef", "name": "US-East-Node-01", "status": "online", "country": "US", "region": "east", "ip_address": "192.168.1.100" } ], "pagination": { "page": 1, "limit": 50, "total": 125 } }

Success!

If you see a list of nodes, your API key is working correctly. If you get a 401 error, check that your API key is valid and properly formatted.

Step 2: Create Your First Proxy Session

Create a SOCKS5 proxy session to route traffic through our network.

// Using cURL with SOCKS5 proxy curl -x socks5h://username:password@proxy.enterpriseproxynetwork.com:1080 \ https://api.ipify.org?format=json

Username Format

country-sessiontype-customerid

Example: us-socks5-cust_123

Password

Your API Key

Use your API key as the password

Example Complete Command

curl -x socks5h://us-socks5-cust_123:sk_live_123456@proxy.enterpriseproxynetwork.com:1080 https://api.ipify.org

Step 3: Monitor Your Usage

Check your usage statistics and monitor active sessions.

// Check current usage curl -X GET "https://api.enterpriseproxynetwork.com/v1/customer/usage" \ -H "Authorization: Bearer YOUR_API_KEY"
// Check active sessions curl -X GET "https://api.enterpriseproxynetwork.com/v1/sessions?status=active" \ -H "Authorization: Bearer YOUR_API_KEY"
